Jakson Aquino
I am a lecturer in sociology at the State University of Santa Catarina.
In my doctorate thesis, I have built an agent-based model of the evolution of cooperation using the swarm libraries. To build the model, I used many disciplines, including evolutionary biology (particularly evolutionary psychology), anthropology, and primatology. The thesis was presented at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
In 2003, I have published a paper on this theme: Two evolutionary games: Collective Action and Prisoner's Dilemma.
